As part of the Masterpiece Online this year, Rose took part in a live panel discussion Broadly, Deeply, Passionately: Living with Design - with Justin McGuirk (Design Museum), Boris Vervoordt (Axel Vervoordt) and mediated by Mitchell Owens (AD Magazine).
They discussed how the cross-collecting nature of design helps bring spaces coherently together, as well their personal experiences of collecting and how it is illustrated in their lives.
Highlights of the Rose Uniacke Collection this year included a Bruno Mathsson 'Easy Chair No.1' and 'Anita Bookcase', a rare marquetry chest by Sir Robert Lorimer, Frits Henningsen Oak desk and upholstered side chair, a copper jardiniere by Jean Dunand and a beautiful gilded stone mirror in the manner of Osvaldo Borsani.
