Marketing and Digital Director
We are looking for a brand-led and commercially driven Marketing and Digital Director to lead marketing, customer and digital activity across the business with a clear mandate for growth.
Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Founder, you will join the RU leadership team and be accountable for driving brand awareness, delivering commercial results in eCommerce and trade partnerships and enhancing our customer experience.
This is a senior leadership position, overseeing a lean, multi-disciplinary team spanning brand and creative, digital and ecommerce, and new business development.
Alongside setting the overall marketing and growth strategy, you will lead press and PR, own the ecommerce and CRM agenda, and build a clear understanding of our customers across retail, trade and international audiences.
You will have the strategic vision to build a marketing and growth plan that protects and grows the brand, the commercial rigour to own budgets and targets, and the hands-on capability to deliver at pace.
Passionate about design and craftsmanship, you will bring both creative judgement and data-driven decision making to everything you do.
Middleweight Architectural Designer
We are looking for a Middleweight Architectural Designer to join our Interior Architecture team.
Working closely with project leads, you will be an integral part of the team delivering a high-end interior architecture project.
You will contribute to key stages of the design process from concept development through to technical delivery with a primary focus on interior architecture, spatial planning, and technical drawings.
A working familiarity with FF&E is welcome but not a prerequisite.
Senior Sales Associate – Accessories
We are seeking a Senior Sales Associate to take a leading role in our Pimlico Road showroom, driving sales of our accessories collection across both trade and private client channels.
You will own a portfolio of key accounts, lead client appointments, take responsibility for the department's commercial performance and support the training of junior colleagues.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' sales experience within luxury interiors or homeware. A passion for interior design and the role of accessories within it is preferred.
This role is based in our showroom on Pimlico Road, SW1W.
Sales Account Manager - Fabric
We are seeking an Account Manager to manage some of our global distribution partners, managing the sales orders process for our fabric collections.
You will manage the order pipeline, support sales growth, build relationships with our partners teams and act as a brand ambassador.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years' luxury interiors experience or textiles experience. A passion for textiles is preferred.
This role is based in our offices in Chelsea, SW3.
Sales Assistant - Fabric
This role offers an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to start or develop a career in sales within a creative, fast-paced environment.
You will welcome clients and provide expert guidance on fabrics, support the sales team, assist clients in person, by phone, and online, manage orders accurately, maintain showroom displays, and help with stock management.
Purchasing Administrator - Fabric
The Fabric department is seeking an enterprising and proactive full-time Purchasing Administrator to support the critical path of fabric from mills to our warehouse. You will also be involved in the fulfilment of Paint orders.
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a technical knowledge of fabric production, quality control and purchasing methods.
You are excited by high-quality, sustainable design and the customer experience is at the heart of all that you do. You are detail-oriented, a clear communicator and can summarise information succinctly. You think ahead, work methodically and your attention to detail is exemplary.
