Zalszupin Jorge

Jorge Zalzupin (1922) is a Polish architect who arrived in Brazil in the 1950s. He originally trained as an architect, which informed and guided most of his designs. The need to create a successful harmony between architecture and his furniture was the reason behind establishing his own company L'Atelier in 1955.

Zalszupin's furniture designs are characterised by his use of geometric lines, well-defined proportions and classical detailing.
